Gary...when you can't sleep just relax your body on the bed,close your eyes.Stop thinking and concentrate on breathing.Please..please don't drink alcohol when you can't sleep,try Hot Chocolate or Hortlicks instead.It helps you sleep better. Im wondering about your health so much,please take care of yourself. If you still drinking i will call  Lin Lin to bite you. "Ting Hua" Gary,stop drinking and less smoking.I will pray for you,hope you get well soon.
